Dave Hauff - Director, GELRAD Europe and Master Black Belt
Dave has more than 15 years of business experience in engineering, information technology, and Lean Six Sigma. A graduate of GE's Edison Engineering Program, he worked in the US and Europe in the Nuclear Power and Lighting industries. As an IT manager with GE, Dave has led many successful system implementations using the Design for Six Sigma methodology, and was responsible for driving Six Sigma quality in the European IT organisation.

 

As co-founder of GELRAD Europe, Dave has consulting experience in chemical manufacturing, call centres, telecommunications, cal, financial transaction processing, credit management, procurement, and IT strategy working with multinational customers in several countries. He has successfully delivered Six Sigma deployment, training and project coaching at many levels within customer organisations. Dave holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

  Jan van Diepen - Master Black Belt
  Simon has 15 years of experience at BP,  
  FLS  Aerospace, Canada Life and GE 
  Capital  where he executed Six Sigma  
  projects in Finance, Sales and IT. Simon holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Finance.

 

 

  Graham Forbes - Master Black Belt
  Rod has applied Lean Six Sigma in many  
  locations for over 10 years. Through various  
  positions at TRW, Rod gained experience in
  Manufacturing, Assembly, Design, Logistics,
  Procurement and Quality. After working on several Lean projects, Rod was among the first Black Belts trained in TRW and for more than 3 years was responsible for training of Green Belts and delivery of improvement projects across Europe.

 

As a Master Black Belt consultant, Rod has assisted with Lean Six Sigma deployments in the areas of Technology, Outsourcing, Procurement, Corporate Travel, Property Management and Refining. He has lead projects and also trained and mentored many Green Belts and Black Belts. Rod holds a BSc in Manufacturing Technology & Management from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Simon Brierley - Master Black Belt

Simon has 15 years of experience at BP, FLS Aerospace, Canada Life and GE Capital where he executed Six Sigma projects in Finance, Sales and IT. Simon holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Finance.

 
 

Rod Gordon - Master Black Belt
