DISC® for Personal Effectiveness

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.   Using a non-judgmental approach to behavioral styles, DiSC® helps individuals and teams to identify and discuss their natural behavioural differences. If you participate in the DiSC® program, you'll complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behaviour, which will be used in the workshop to help understand yourself and how you interact with others.  As an outcome, you’ll be able to better recognise the styles of others and adapt your behaviours to work together more effectively.

DISC® for Team Effectiveness

In this team-focused workshop, you will better understand yourself and how you interact with the other members of your team.  The entire team, including the manager, will participate to get a full picture of the styles represented in the team.  As an outcome, you’ll be able to better understand the different styles, identify challenges you may regularly face on an individual and team basis, and adapt your team behaviours to work together more effectively.

New Manager Introduction

Integrating a new manager or management structure into an organisation can be problematic. Using a proven format for introducing a new manager we can make this transition smoother and help people through the change.


In this facilitated workshop, the team will get the opportunity to ask any question they want of the manager in a safe, anonymous way.  What things should we know about how you like to work?  What behaviours should we avoid to be most effective with you?  They'll also get the chance to share with the manager the things that he or she should know about the team.


The overall result is a faster, easier integration of the new manager so the whole team can turn their focus to the work at hand.

Facilitated Profiling

Using profiles as a standalone product in areas of recruitment and reorganisation can be a cost effective way of getting the right people in the right roles.  Using a third party to deliver these sessions can often avoid difficult situations.
